Swiss Turning

Sliding-headstock Swiss machining for small, complex, close-tolerance parts. Twelve-foot bar feeders run them unattended, so the same cell handles a fifty-piece prototype run and a fifty-thousand-piece production order.

1 machine

Turning

Chucking and bar work above Swiss capacity, with live milling and a live tailstock so most parts come off the machine complete.

2 machines

Milling

Vertical machining for prismatic parts, fixtures, and secondary operations on turned work.

Quality

Paper as good
as the parts

An aerospace part is only as good as the documentation behind it. Our shop floor runs on an AS9100D-compliant quality management system, and every job leaves with the records to prove what it is and where it came from.

How we document a job
